Serpentine and Pearl Woven Copper Pendant

This serpentine square bead is surrounded by reclaimed copper weaving and accented with a freshwater pearl. Totally elegant! The pendant is approximately 1.75" long and 1.0" wide.

According to metaphysical beliefs, serpentine provides a clearing of thought to better facilitate meditation. Serpentine is said to clear clouded areas of the chakras and stimulate the crown chakra, promoting spiritual understanding and psychic abilities.

Pearl signifies faith, charity, and innocence. It enhances personal integrity and helps to provide a focus. Pearl symbolizes purity and is known as a “stone of sincerity” as it brings truth to situations.

Copper, the great conductor and metal of the magician, amplifies the energies of the stones it accompanies. It is excellent for channeling as well as grounding, thus considered the conduit between heaven and earth. Copper has long been used to aid in tissue repair, blood support, and increasing vitality. The larger gauges of copper used in my pieces have been reclaimed from castaway wiring, in support of my eco-friendly mission; "Jewelry with a re-purpose!".
