Lapis Lazuli and Reclaimed Copper Link Bracelet

This gorgeous 7" deep blue Lapis Lazuli bracelet was created from repurposed materials as part of the AG Collection. The herringbone links are offset with a plain link, but all have a matte finished Lapis Lazuli bead as the focal. The reclaimed copper has been left natural, polished, and sealed. The spirit of AG lives on in the symbolism of each piece of this collection.

Lapis Lazuli is thought to enhance one's spiritual awareness and psychic abilities when the third eye chakra is balanced. It is also associated with the throat chakra. Historically, Lapis Lazuli has been considered a stone of protection and strength, with ancient civilizations like the Egyptians using it in jewelry and amulets.

The spirals of the herringbone links represent the constant evolution of nature and life. The lines symbolize progress and constant motion illustrating the natural function of human beings to evolve, grow, and change with the passing of time.

Copper is the great conductor and the metal of the magician. It amplifies the energies of the stones it accompanies. It is excellent for channelling as well as grounding, thus considered the conduit between heaven and earth. Copper has long been used to aid tissue repair, blood support, and increase vitality. The larger gauges of copper used in my pieces have been reclaimed from castaway wiring, supporting my eco-friendly mission; "Jewelry with a re-purpose!".
