The magnesite cubes and beads are dyed to a beautiful turquoise colour and are a bold stand-out on the airy wrap. The pendant measures 4" tall and 2" wide. The reclaimed copper has been patinated, buffed, sealed to enhance the natural beauty of the metal and complement the veining in the stones.  

Magnesite offers soothing properties and it is believed that this gem helps its wearer to think with clarity, aiding the process of creativity and imagination. It is calming and grounding and thought to help alleviate emotional stress, anxiety, and nervousness. Magnesite is associated with the Heart Chakra. 

Why Copper?

Copper is the great conductor and the metal of the magician. It amplifies the energies of the stones it accompanies. It is excellent for channelling and grounding and, thus, is considered the conduit between heaven and earth. Copper has long been used to aid tissue repair, blood support, and increase vitality. The larger gauges of copper used in my pieces have been reclaimed from castaway wiring, supporting my eco-friendly mission: "Jewelry with a re-purpose!".
