These earrings feature luminous rhodochrosite beads suspended in silver-plated hoops reclaimed from a donated broken necklace and finished with warm copper accents. The contrast between cool silver tones and earthy copper creates a striking frame that lets the vibrant pink stone take center stage.

In the Mother of Metal studio, forgotten materials are given a second chance—carefully reworked, rewired, and transformed into something entirely new. In my work, the heavier gauges of copper are often reclaimed from castaway wiring, giving new life to old materials and supporting my eco-friendly mission: Jewellery with a RE-purpose!
