The Sunkeeper’s Secret centres on a wonderfully rugged raw citrine point, glowing from warm honey-gold into soft, luminous crystal. Hidden within its natural textures are tiny shimmering rainbows—elusive in the photographs, but revealed as the stone moves through the light.

I wrapped the point in reclaimed copper, using long, sweeping curves to follow its natural shape without concealing its wild edges. A small procession of polished citrine beads climbs one side of the crystal, while intricate woven copper gathers above it like a tiny solar crown.

Citrine is traditionally associated with confidence, creativity and joyful forward motion. This piece feels like a reminder that your light does not need to announce itself constantly to remain present. Some magic is quiet. Some waits patiently to be noticed.

The pendant measures approximately 2.25" long by 1.25" wide and arrives on a 21" copper ball chain.

One of a Kind

The internal veils, rugged edges and hidden rainbows belong to this crystal alone. I followed the shape nature provided, creating a setting that protects the stone while allowing its character to remain gloriously untamed.

Nature built the prism. I simply gave it a way to travel.

Handmade in New Brunswick with no glue—only stone, wire and a well-aimed beam of sunlight.

MoM Notes

The photographs capture the rugged shape and warm colour of this citrine beautifully, but they do not quite catch its best secret: tiny rainbow flashes shimmer inside the crystal when it is turned through the light.
These rainbows are created as light interacts with the stone’s natural internal veils and fractures. They are part of the crystal’s formation and character—not damage or imperfections to be hidden.
The bright reclaimed copper will naturally deepen and develop character over time. Store the necklace away from moisture and chemicals, and wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth when needed. Because this is a raw crystal point, protect its natural edges from hard knocks or drops.
